Donna has committed adultery with a person named Scott Perkins, formerly of Vancouver, Washington but now lives in Mexico, Missouri. Her adulterous affairs have been reported to me by a private investigator hired to investigate Donna's activities, and by certain members of her immediate family, since she left on July 1, 2011. Pictures of the affair have been forwarded to an attorney and will be presented to the McHenry County State's Attorney for possible prosecution of all parties involved. Sandy Thelen you are being named as an accomplice and also a suit for Marital Interference has now been filed in the 22nd Judicial Circuit Court, McHenry County, IL in the amount of $500,000,00 for compensatory damages and punitive damages to be determined. The pictures have not been introduced into the marital proceedings as the testimony given by Robert on November 30, 2011 concluded that adultery has been committed by Donna and the judge announced this in court on that date.

Because Donna, with Sandra's assistance, came into my residence and took items they were not authorized to take on several occasions, and are depriving me and/or Robert from possession of such items, there are warrants being issued for residential burglary and theft. And because Donna also took Savings Bonds belonging to Robert, warrants are being issued for grand theft of these also. Prison time is eminent for Donna and Sandy.

Because she has a gun and has been under a psychiatrist's care for depression and suicidal tendencies, an Emergency Order of Protection is being sought, prohibiting her and/or her family or friends from having any contact with myself and/or any of my family members with a one (1) mile no contact restriction placed on her.

11/21/2011 - UPDATE - It has been discovered that all the personal, non-marital property of mine and Robert has been transferred to Mexico Missouri by Donna, aided by Scott Perkins and Sandra Thelen. The McHenry County Sheriff's Office is now conducting an investigation and warrants for all three parties involved are eminent. The charges will include Theft, Grand Theft, Deprivation of Property, Possession of Stolen Property, Transferring Stolen Property Across State Lines (this will also become a Federal charge) and Criminal Trespass.

11/30/2011 UPDATE - Robert testified in open court about the situation that he witnessed and was introduced to. Hence ADULTERY, by the Statutes of the State of Illinois has been proven. All other allegations by the Respondent, that is me, have been proven. Donna's allegation was declared unfounded. We have to return to court on December 23rd at 9am for the decision about the property that is being disputed.  In the meantime Donna and her associates, Sandra Thelen and Julie Denham, continue to make life hard for myself and Robert.

On December 7th and 8th Sandra and Julie came to Illinois via the train in an attempt to take Robert's car. Sandra is the signer of the vehicle however Robert is making all of the payments on both the car and the insurance. The law states she cannot take the car until she has obtained an Order of Redemption from the courts. Robert also has remedy in this matter being that he is making the aforementioned payments. The McHenry County Sheriff would not allow her to take the vehicle and due to the attempts. Corky is once again carrying his sidearm to stop anyone from taking the vehicle (falls under the commission of a forcible felony). We also have some law enforcement friends who will be watching the vehicle at all times. Robert has made arrangements for transportation to and from work until this matter is resolved.

UPDATE: I have been contacted by the Cincinnati Insurance Company in reference to Donna's suit against Prem Magnetronics for an injury to her right hand that he allegedly received while employed at Prem. Now comes the legal point, can I testify against Donna if we are 1. Still married or 2. If we are divorced. In item 1, The case law on this matter is that I cannot be compelled to testify against Donna if we are still married. In Item 2, the same case law would apply as we were married when the alleged injury occurred. However, I can voluntarily testify in either situation.  And will probably testify at her hearing and/or trial in reference to her actions after the alleged accident and what she did or did not do as the doctors had ordered.

UPDATE: The case was continued to January 23, 2012 as the Judge stated he was not ready to rule on the property. He did state that he could issue an order before that time that would be binding if both parties accepted it. Now the wait once again. But Donna continues to create problems for Bob on the XBox system. The ramifications will be such that Donna and her friends will not believe what the finalization will be.
